ABZ Inserts and Dies
ABZ Energy offers a full line of inserts and dies which include: elevator inserts for all Slip Type Elevators; slip inserts for drill collar, rotary, and casing slips; tubing and drill pipe tong dies; and coil tubing inserts for elevators, slips, and spiders. If needed we can provideda tong dies for the ST-80 Iron Roughneck.
Our dies and inserts are made from quality materials and precision machine them to exacting tolerances. They are heat-treated to industry standards to provide the best wear and resistance for the harshest of environments.
Elevator Inserts
ABZ offers inserts for all slip type elevators, including BJ® elevators and Varco® elevators/spiders.
Slip Inserts
ABZ has quality slip inserts for drill collar, rotary, and casing slips. We precision machine all of our inserts to meet industry specifications, As a result, they are interchangeable with Varco®, Baash Ross®, and Woolley® Slips.
Tong Dies
We countwith a wide variety of tong dies for manual and power tongs, including dies for the ST-80 Iron Roughneck.
Coil Tubing Inserts
ABZ makes size specific coil tubing inserts for elevators, slips, and spiders. We precision machine these inserts to the size of the coil tubing.
